We often get asked by folks as to what is the number one part that will likely fail on the XD or the XDm. Even as rugged at the platform is, the one part that is most likely to fail is the factory striker retainer pin. The part does not fail because it is "cheap" but because once installed acts as a thin walled, hollow dowel. After constant contact by the striker, the factory pin, at some point will break into small bits.

This coiled pin option, once installed, becomes a nearly solid dowel which is able to handle the abuse of the striker for a very long time. For most, this part will last a lifetime.

This pin is a heavy duty part made of 420 chrome stainless with a passivated finish in order to reduce corrosion.

This part will not fit the XD SLIM.

These are the only extensions for the XD9 and XD40 that have locking plates to keep them from popping off your magazines when your magazine hits the ground. Our testing has found that you can easily add five extra rounds to the 16 round 9MM XD magazine and three extra rounds to the the XD40SW 12 rounds magazine. 

This kit includes a new +20% extra power spring and a hardened steel locking plate. These are the only extensions for the XD45 that have locking a plate to keep the extension from popping off your magazine as it hits the ground. The spring is very high quality and are custom made to fit exactly like factory, yet give you the extra force required for proper feeding.

Note: If this product is used with XD(m) 45ACP model, slight modification to the extension itself may be required for proper fitting.

Powder River's Titanium Striker Safety Kit. Making the safety out of titanium reduces the mass of the safety. This allows the use of a reduced power striker safety spring to reduce the trigger pull yet keeps the safety functioning properly. This kit will work with the factory trigger as well as Powder River Precision's trigger kits.

This solid CNC machined ejector is made from 416 stainless steel and heat treated to 42RC. This part was designed to replaced your stock XD or XDm ejector which is either a MIM part or a stamped part. The PRP Ejector has a machined baring surface on the side to minimize contact and friction with the rotating sear allowing for smoother operation.

These are precision hardened stainless steel replacement pins for your XD or XDM. The set includes: two trigger/locking block pins, one sear pin, one ejector pin, and one striker safety pin. All of the pins are CNC machined to a .0005" tolerance. You can use them to replace your lost or damaged pins or to give your pistol a custom look. They look especially good on the bi-tone pistols.

If you are looking for a brighter front sight, whether it be for plinking, competition or aging eyes, this is a great option. This front sight fits all Springfield XD models and is to be used with the stock XD rear sight. There is a resin overmolded LitePipe which protects the fiberoptic rod.

HIVIZ Dovetail Sight Installation Warning!! HIVIZ dovetails are manufactured slightly oversize to allow for dovetail cut wear on used guns. Fitting will likely be necessary for proper installation. The EZ Slide Racker by Springer Precision acts like a charging handle, allowing the user an easier means of racking the slide. This is a perfect option for competition shooters or those shoots who lack the strength and dexterity to manipulate the slide.

If you are a "gamer" and shoot USPSA Limited, this oversized magazine release button is a great MOD for your XD. This one-piece button is 3/8" wide and the extended length is about 30% longer than the stock magazine release button. The Canyon Creek Tungsten Guide Rod for the XDm is nearly three times the weight of the XDm's stock guide rod. By adding this nonreciprocating mass to the muzzle end of the gun, you ease both muzzle flip and felt recoil.  An Independent test showed that the use of a Tungsten Guide Rod reduced split times on a double tap by 37% (meaning quicker follow up shots) over a stock weight guide rod.

Guide Rod Weighs 4 ounces and dimensionally similar to your stock guide rod (no bushing required).

The CARVER Mounting system secures your red dot sight for limited dot "jump" to help improve your scores. All CARVER Mounting systems are CNC machined from high grade aircraft aluminum and consist of 5 parts that are interchangable. Hunter models can be converted to Competition models by buying optional uprights. Installation is easy, with no gunsmithing required. Front and rear sights can remain on the slide with the use of the Hunter model.
