The PistolGear Semi Drop-In Barrels are made to factory specification, with a few added twists for the benefit of improved accuracy and fit. The dimensions are over-sized in a few keys areas, yet we designed the barrels to where they will drop into approximately 90% of the XDs & HS2000s out there (hence the name semi-drop in). Unlike the XD’s stock barrel which is carbon steel, our barrels are made from 416 stainless steel; the same material used in our “Match” barrels. All barrels have a 1:16" twist and a 11 degree crown.

Note: This barrel is for the Tactical length slide, however it will also fit the Service length models and is perfect for those looking for a drop-in barrel that can be threade for a compensator or a "can".

Note: 357SIG and 40S&W barrels are interchangeable, meaning that you can convert your 40S&W XD to shoot 357SIG rounds by merely changing out the barrel, and vice versa.
