PistolGear Drop-In Barrel XD (40S&W Service)

The PistolGear Semi Drop-In Barrels are made to factory specification, with a few added twists for the benefit of improved accuracy and fit. The dimensions are over-sized in a few keys areas, yet we designed the barrels to where they will drop into approximately 90% of the XDs & HS2000s out there (hence the name semi-drop in). Unlike the XD’s stock barrel which is carbon steel, our barrels are made from 416 stainless steel; the same material used in our “Match” barrels. All barrels have a 1:16" twist and a 11 degree crown.

Note: This barrel will also fit XD357SIG Service lenght models.

Great quality barrel!!!

I have a V-10 ported .40 S&W XD, and I bought this barrel to use for IDPA. Dropped right in and fires great. I also bought a 9mm conversion barrel. Look under that barrel for my review. PistolGear is great!!!
